The hotel was clean and contemporary, with a quiet atmosphere. The staff were friendly, helpful, and easily approachable. The housekeeping service was generally good, with beautiful views from the rooms. the breakfast offered a wide range of choices and the bar and restaurant were lovely.
The location of the hotel was not convenient for tourists, as it was further out from the city and there wasn't much going on in the surrounding area. It was also difficult to find, especially after a concert, even with a taxi.

Great location for concerts at the O2, with complimentary prosecco for special occasions. Faultless facilities and spotless rooms. Friendly staff and nice touches like towel swan and handwritten card. Free shuttle to tube station and a short ride to the O2. Would definitely stay again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The air conditioning in the room was great, providing a pleasant temperature throughout my stay. The hotel also offered a plentiful supply of tea and coffee at breakfast, a nice touch. the location by the River Thames was perfect, allowing me to enjoy sitting outside during the day or evening. Not only was the hotel very clean, but I also appreciated the ice dispenser on the corridor near my room. the staff were very good too make my stay special, as they decorated my room for my anniversary with balloons, sweets, and a card. It was such a thoughtful gesture.

They even upgraded me to a suite for my wedding anniversary, a lovely surprise. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The breakfast had a great selection, and the view of the O2 from the breakfast area was fine. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. Located in a pretty residential area, this hotel offers great service from housekeeping to in-room amenities. We loved the terrace where we could unwind and the room service had us covered with all our requests. The staff here was exceptional and catered to every request made. They really went out of their way to provide an excellent service.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The Canary Wharf underground station is just a 20 to 25-minute walk away, and the tube is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with well-equipped bathrooms. The service is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offers a good variety of options. The hotel also has a restaurant and bar, with attentive staff and excellent food and cocktails.
The hotel lacks a variety of hot beverages in the room, and there are no complimentary drinks in the fridge.
